The Lincoln Project

The Lincoln Project was a paper project focused on accurate and historical research. We were given seven individuals who were associated with the assassination of Lincoln. Our job was to learn about this person's life—who they were, what they did, how they would dress, and most importantly, what they were doing on the night of the assassination. Through our research, we created in-depth costume bibles that focused on what men, women, and children during the 1860s would wear from various social classes and backgrounds.

We used our research to render the seven individuals in their likeness with clothing that would be similar to what they would have been wearing on April 15th, 1865.
